On 04/05/12, at 10:16 AM EDT, the facts on the record show that R. J. Larizza, knowingly, committed “PERJURY UNDER OATH” which is the offense of willfully telling an untruth as follows: “and I will support the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of Florida”

On 02/18/10, the facts on the record show, that the SHERIFF David B. Shoar; and Sergeant Mulligan, failed in theirs oath 1st duty obligation, to protect and defend our USA CONSTITUTION against domestic enemies; on the contrary, SHERIFF David B. Shoar; and Sergeant Mulligan, defended the thieves-traitors-perjurers of our USA CONSTITUTION by not taken action against the Person(s) charged with larceny-treason-perjury, in accord with the rules of law.
