Shoar; and Sergeant Mulligan, failed in theirs oath 1st duty obligation, to protect and defend our USA CONSTITUTION against domestic enemies; on the contrary, SHERIFF David B. Shoar; and Sergeant Mulligan, defended the thieves-traitors-perjurers of our USA CONSTITUTION by not taken action against the Person(s) charged with larceny-treason-perjury, in accord with the rules of law.
