On February 17, 2011 this case of public corruption by person(s) that misused their positions in government service, and “(1) refused to acknowledge wrongful nature of conduct; (2) abused petitioner vulnerability of victim; (3) with official duty of substantial experience in the practice of law; (4) acted indifference to making restitution for taking property by means of larceny, these shall not be tolerated; is simply not acceptable”.
